  • What can I expect at a Reigning Teepee Party?
At Reigning Teepee Parties, we are all about bringing hassle-free, fun, unique and memorable sleepover experiences to our clients and their guests.

Before your guests arrive, we will deliver, assemble and style your chosen teepee decor with bedding, blankets, pillows, fairy lights and trays. Then when your event is over, we will come back the next day to pack it all up, leaving you with magical memories to cherish forever.

  •  How much space is needed?
Each teepee and bed is about 4.5 ft. by 6 ft., with a twin-sized mattress for each. We will need at least 16 ft. by 24 ft. of free space, depending on the number of teepees rented. When we quote your price, we will take a long look at your space and decide the best and safest layout.

  • How is equipment cleaned?
We have a staunch belief in keeping our clients safe and keeping our sleepover materials immaculately clean. Our equipment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each use. And, because we believe in going the extra mile for our clients, we employ a professional laundry service to clean all of our bedding.

  • What can I do to prepare for setup?
We strive to provide magical sleepover experiences for all of our clients. To accomplish this, we ask that you please have the area in which we are setting up smoke and pet free, and as clean as possible. And, for the convenience and safety of our clients, we ask that you move as much
furniture from the area as possible. The more space and less furniture, the better!​

  • How much is the deposit?
$150 security (non-refundable and transferable) due upon booking. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to booking.
$75 damage (refundable)

  • What is a damage deposit?
A damage deposit is a refundable fee that is returned after inspection of rental equipment. If any damages are accrued during a rental, an itemized price list will be sent summarizing the damage charges. If any amount of the deposit fees are left over, it will be refunded to the customer. The damage deposit is due with final payment 1 week prior to the event.

  • When is the final payment due?
The final payment is due 1 week prior to the date of the event. If payment is not received or the date is not changed, the security deposit will be forfeited.

  • How long is the rental period?
The rental period is typically 24 hours, depending on circumstances. This will vary depending on our prior arrangement.

  • What are your delivery areas?
Columbus, Ohio and its surrounding suburbs, including New Albany, Gahanna, Westerville, Bexley, Pickerington, Reynoldsburg, Blacklick, Dublin, Hillard, and Grandview. Contact us for location questions or concerns.

  • What if I need to cancel my party?
We understand that things come up. For this reason, parties can be rescheduled for a later date. However, the security deposit is non-refundable but it is transferable. If the party is canceled within 7 days prior to party and all fees have been paid the funds are only transferable or receive 50% refund of party.

  • How does booking a teepee party work?
  1. Pick your date.
  2. Pick your theme.
  3. Choose any add-on packages.
  4. Complete the contact/inquire about a party form on the website.
  5. After booking on the website you will receive a email from us with your party proposal.
  6. Pay deposits once you receive your email to hold your date.
  7. Sign your contract. 
  8. You're all set!!

  • Can I keep the teepees for more than one night?
Absolutely! We want you and your guests to have the teepee sleepover party of your dreams! And if that means keeping the teepees for an extra night, so be it! For a fee of $50 per teepee per night, you can stretch your party for an additional day or two, subject to inventory
availability and our booking calendar.

  • How long do you need to set up?
We are good at what we do. And we also want your teepee sleepover party to be awesome. So our setup team is keenly focused on safely and efficiently setting up your teepee party. Set up takes 1-3 hours depending on your theme, the location of the party, outside steps, etc. It also depends on how many teepees are included in your package.

  • Can I have you set up my teepees in the morning and let me keep them overnight?
Yes! Setup start times are scheduled between sometime in the morning until 3 pm, depending on circumstances/schedules.

  • Do you have hypo-allergenic options?
In order to make your teepee sleepover party more comfortable and to account for those attendees who might be sensitive to allergens, all of our teepees and bedding are cleaned with non-fragrant hypo-allergenic detergent.

  • What if I have pets?
We absolutely love fur babies, but please keep them off the teepees to prevent them from puncturing the air mattresses.

  • I have a special theme for my party. Can you accommodate?
Any theme or colors can be customized for a additional charge of $50 to $100 depending on theme and number of guest.

  • Can I request props?
Yes! Yes! Yes! Props make sleepover parties pop! When booking your package, select your party props from the add-ons listed. We've got way more than just balloons! If there is something extra special you would like to add-on to your teepee sleepover experience, let’s chat! We are happy to discuss and provide a special touch that's perfect for your party! Additional pricing will apply.

  • What colors do you have?
Pink, yellow, purple, green, blue...we love all the colors of the rainbow! Choose from our curated collection of teepee colors or request the color of your choice for no additional charge. Let's talk about our many options. (Subject to inventory availability.)

  • Do you have to come to my house to see the space before you quote me?
No. For your convenience, we ask that you please send pictures of your space on the day that your setup is scheduled to take place. That way, we can provide the best layout according to the shape and size of the area intended for the party.

  • What if I need to add or remove teepees at the last minute?
We know last-minute additions to guest lists sometimes happen. We understand. That's why we are willing to do our best to accommodate. Adding tents may be possible depending on availability. The fee for each additional teepee is $50. If a teepee needs to be removed at the last minute that's okay too, however the original booking fee will remain.

  • Do your teepees work for adults, too?
Sure. Why let the kiddees have all the fun? All teepees are 5 ft. tall and can accommodate adults or children. Air mattresses are all twin-sized. Adult teepee sleepover themes considered custom. Please contact us for more details and color options.

  • Do you have different tent sizes?
All teepees are 5 ft. tall and can accommodate adults or children. Air mattresses are all twin-sized.

  • What options do you have for boys parties?
Yes, boys love teepee sleepovers, too! We can create a theme they'll love like Gamer, Sports themes and more!  Contact us to discuss your custom theme ideas. Let us know what you like!

  • Who will be coming to my home to set up and break down the teepees?
We will! No subcontracting here! I, the owner of the business, and possibly a team member assistant will come set your teepees up and then return to break them down at the designated time.

  • Can we personalize the keepsakes?
Absolutely! We understand that memories are precious, and one of the best ways to make a memory is by personalizing items for your guests. Please submit your guest list with the correct or preferred spelling of your guests' names at least 1 week prior to your event.

  • Do you have a DIY option?
We do not offer DIY options at this time.
​
  • Can I have my party in a hotel or clubhouse?
While we cannot accommodate hotel parties, we can accommodate clubhouse rentals. Reach out to us so we can discuss the details.

  • Can I have my party in my backyard?
Yes, you can! Teepee sleepovers under the stars are amazing! (Add $100 fee to your package fee for a party outside.)

  • How far in advance should I book my party?
Parties should be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. If booked 1 week prior to the date of the event, the full balance for the party is due the day it is booked.
​
  • Are your teepees safe? How are they secured?
Teepees are secured at the top with rope. Once open, they do not move. 
​
  • Do you do day rentals?
Sure! Rent one of our teepees for your photo shoot, wedding or picnic.
​
  • Do I need a power supply?
Yes. We use extension cords to blow up the air mattresses.
